DUNSTABLE, ENGLAND -- AnyTongueBooks.Com Re-invents the Book, eReaders now "obsolete".
Dunstable, England. 15 October 2007. AnyTongueBooks.Com today claimed that its new 3D-BOOK makes Amazon's "Kindle" eBook reader obsolete, and defines Google's proposed online digital book service as irrelevant.
"We'd include iRex Technology's iLiad and Sony's eReader in that statement" said Marketing Manager Sue Downes, "along with the Rocketbook, if anyone remembers that. Those developers have once again gone down the wrong road.".
Speaking at the launch of their first 3D-BOOK in Dunstable, England, Ms Downes said that developers were making the same mistakes that led to the original Rocketbook, which sank with barely a ripple.
"It's not another £300 device to lug around that readers want, nor is it another source of visually boring text documents opened in a word processor", she said, "It's a new type of book for the 21st Century with all the power and enjoyment of an ordinary book, but with full content, and the sensory experience taken to a new level."
The 3D-BOOK has an audio player, a video player, a browser, and a text display management system, including variable speed automated scrolling, all integrated into one downloadable unit, which is wrapped around the book being purchased.
AnyTongueBooks.Com, which already offers it's standard books wrapped in it's Dynamic eBook reader, and in a choice of nine languages, has been developing the concept for over two years, and claims the 3D-BOOK expands the writer's creative ability.
