Tyler Perry Fam Preparing to Carve Out His Share of Hollywood?

ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- Marlon Campbell, 18 year music/film veteran and maternal first cousin of Actor, Writer and Producer Tyler Perry have been creating a buzz around Hollywood for his Screenplay. Campbell 35, has written an Action/Suspense/Thriller for theatrical release.

When asked about the film and if Tyler assisted in any of the creative process Campbell responded; "I'm excited about the film. I have spent much of my life in the music business, despite an initial start in film as Dwight for an NBC After School Special in the late 80's".

Tyler did not participate in the creation of this screenplay. When asked if there is writing similarities between the two Campbell responded; "On this particular screenplay…no there isn't however; the film is simply an extension of our family's creativity, even though the storyline is completely different".

Word has it, six time Grammy Award Winning Publisher, recipient of two Congressional Awards and Best Selling Author Jay Warner has signed on to the film as Music/Creative Director. We confirmed Natina Reed co-star of the movie "Bring It On" and platinum selling girl trio "Blaque" will make an appearance in the film as the sister of proposed Actor Nick Cannon.

Additionally, Kandi multi talented and award winning Songwriter/Producer will make an appearance in the movie, along with co-producing the sound track. Despite not having a confirm response about the additional cast, we've learned that Campbell has been reaching out to Ashton Kutcher, Nick Cannon, Joss Stone, Ann Archer and Donald Sutherland for his staring roles.
