Psycho-Geometrics Comes to Chicagoland

THIRD LAKE, ILLINOIS -- Dr. Susan Dellinger, creator and founder of Psycho-Geometrics® LLC of Tampa, Florida is pleased to announce the certification of Cynthia Rogers from Third Lake, IL as licensed consultant for Psycho-Geometrics®, a proprietary unique and powerful communication system that successfully maximizes business performance in organizations worldwide.

The only Chicago-based licensed consultant of 30 worldwide, Cynthia attended the Second World Conference in Tampa in June. This conference brought together 24 licensees from six countries to share best practices in communication within the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.

About Cynthia Rogers
In 1994, Cynthia opened Rogers & Associates, a Training and Development consulting firm. Through her lectures and courses, she helps organizations and individuals identify behavioral and communication style differences that get in the way of developing positive and productive relationships. By identifying with one of five geometric shapes (Box, Circle, Rectangle, Squiggle or Triangle), attendees recognize their behavioral style, the styles of others and learn how to 'flex' their style to compliment and supplement that of others - be they bosses, colleagues, customers or friends.

As a trainer and guest speaker known for her enthusiastic presentation, facilitation and communication style, Cynthia has a proven track record of designing, developing and delivering performance-based, cost-effective, value-added leadership and professional development programs that have enhanced productivity and supported business strategies of Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations in multiple industries.

She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Education and certifications in Development Dimensions International (DDI), AchieveGlobal, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Situational Leadership.
