MANASSAS, VIRGINIA -- Manassas, VA based Focuspoint, Inc. announces that it has successfully sold their assets to Florida based on-hold messaging provider Audio Messaging Solutions, LLC. (AMS)
This will be AMS' seventh and largest transaction to date. Most recently, AMS completed the acquisition of the assets of Holdplus International, a Puerto Rico based on-hold company specializing in the hospitality industry.
Both AMS and Focuspoint are dedicated to the smooth execution of this transition, ensuring that current customer service is not disrupted. To this end, Creston M. Owen, Chairman and President of Focuspoint Inc. will serve as an executive consultant for AMS.
