Falcon Communications Expands Workforce; Cites Continuing Company Growth

MANASSAS, VA -- The addition of five new employees at Falcon Communications Solutions, Inc., is a strong indicator of the continual growth of the regional communications firm, said Creston M. Owen, president and CEO.
"We are pleased to announce the hiring of these first-rate individuals," Owen said. "They are a great addition to the Falcon family and highlight our company's continuing growth. We are in a hot market in the wireless GPS Fleet Management sector. Once again Falcon is in a position to lead the way with this exciting technology, now priced to be affordable for most companies"
Four of the employees are joining the sales force which will allow us to serve the increasing demand. They bring more than forty additional years of experience to the Falcon Communications team. "The demand for our GPS and connectivity solutions is experiencing explosive growth. Expanding our sales and delivery teams to meet the need of this fast moving market is exciting. Falcon strives to provide One Stop Communication Solutions and the highest level of service to all our clients. This expansion will allow us to deliver on that promise," Said Chris Sweatt, Vice President of Sales.
Added to the sales staff to exclusively serve the fast growing GPS market, are senior account managers Walter Beltran & Shaun Bigley. Joe Coughlan & Jacob Heltzel will serve our fast growing connectivity clients as account managers. Doug Furr is the latest telecommunication engineer.
Beltran was born in Washington, D.C., and grew up in northern Virginia, including Fairfax Station, Burke, Clifton and Centreville. He has more than 10 years experience in telecommunications, where he received many top honors.
He describes himself as committed, dedicated, reliable, loyal and sociable. He enjoys traveling, ATV riding, car shows, and anything sports related.
Bigley has been a sales professional for 11 years, listed top in sales for four years, consistently reaches 150 percent of his quota, and was named to the President's Club in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
Coughlan, an 11-year veteran in telecom, previously worked with UUNET, MCI and Paetec. He has 18 years experience in computing with Digital Equipment Corp., Systems Automation, and Xerox.
He is a faculty member at the University of Phoenix, Northern Virginia campus, and says he plays "hockey for fun and golf for humility."
Coughlan earned a BSBA from Boston University and an MBA from Babson College. A resident of Leesburg, he is married and has a daughter.
Heltzel graduated high school in Osbourn Park and is a member of the Class of 2007 of Longwood University earning a BA. While at Longwood he was a founder of the Iota Lambda Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity, served on the College Republicans and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and Relay for Life.
