AUSTIN, TEXAS -- This year the annual Microsoft QBE (Quality and Business Excellence) Forum for Microsoft employees and managers, to be held in the Westin Bellevue in Seattle on September 10-11, will include an introduction to a new concept in enterprise management: the Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) system.
Documented in a new set of books by the prolific and award-winning author and management guru Forrest Breyfogle, IEE is a system comprised of management best practices that are designed to enhance bottom-line results for an organization - even one as large and successful as Microsoft.
As an author of eleven books and over 90 articles on management improvement techniques and systems, Breyfogle, CEO of Austin, Texas based Smarter Solutions, Inc., has over a quarter-century of experience coaching firms through the steps of implementing improvements in management techniques.
