The testing period for certification took place over six months, from January 1, 2008 to June 30, 2008, resulting in Intermedia's SAS 70 Type II compliance. The audit was conducted by NDB, LLP a nationally recognized CPA firm specializing in SAS 70 audits. The firm uses a rigorous process-based testing methodology that includes oral inquiry and analysis; physical observation; document request, retrieval and inspection; and performance of a specific test or function.
