MCKINNEY, TEXAS -- www.RepairMyCreditNow.com purchased a 26,000 square foot facility in McKinney Texas. Due to explosive growth, the company decided to acquire the additional space.
After incorporating in December 2004 with about eight employees, RMCN Credit Services, Inc. relocated from an 1125 square foot office to a 5000 square foot office located at 2140 Redbud Blvd. McKinney, TX 75069. RMCN’s business continued to grow month after month and soon had over fifty employees. Towards the end of 2006 the business had out grown the building yet again.
Doug Parker, the Founder and CEO, decided that RMCN needed to purchase a new and larger facility. In November 2006 he started searching the local commercial real estate market. Mr. Parker visited with the Board of the McKinney Economic Development Corporation in early March 2007 to ask for assistance with the expansion project. Jim Young, the Director of Business Development, notified Mr. Parker on March 5th that MEDC would be able to support this project by offering a cash incentive in the form of a forgivable loan upon satisfaction of certain conditions and benchmarks.
