Leasing Solutions, Inc. Shareholders Call Meeting

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- A group of shareholders of Leasing Solutions, Inc. are calling for a special meeting of the shareholders to discuss  the possible reinstatement of the company.  All inquiries and questions should be directed to (888) 229-1030.

Leasing Solutions, Inc. was the leader in the leasing of information processing and communications equipment principally to large creditworthy customers, both in the U.S. and abroad.  In 1996, the company expanded its operations in Europe and on into Canada in 1997.  In 1998 the company was forced to materially modify and reduce the volume of its business due to customer defaults.  

In 2001, due to events that adversely affected the companies business along with its ability to continue, the company filed for Bankruptcy protection in U. S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
