Federal Trade Commission Conceals Embezzlement

Oct 03, 2008

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA -- The FTC concealed Office of Inspector General reports of embezzlement confessions by FTC nominated Receiver Accountant in unsupervised asset seizure cases. Recently discovered evidence from FTC Office of Inspector General indicates FTC cover-up of criminal embezzlement involving innocent third party companies the FTC has labeled "victims of FTC actions". The FTC cover-up includes not only the failure to provide documents in multiple FOIA Act Requests, it also includes withholding criminal investigation evidence from a Federal Judge, as well as concealing wrongful conduct and misinforming over 40 members of congress that had requested FTC accountability on behalf of their constituents.

The FTC has also admitted that it has made it a policy in their asset seizure cases (even from innocent third party companies; i.e. "victims of fraud") to use investor money seized to fund their asset seizure cases and this type of FTC action is commenced without "due process of law", as with the present case at hand where over 600 investors suffered the loss of their companys' assets, and were unable to respond until it was too late to recover the seized assets.

The FTC has not only failed in their duty to respond to investor FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT request for documents, the Chairman has denied accountability in asset seizure actions which have resulted in the loss of millions of investor assets. The FTC betrayal of public trust goes to the heart of the foremost crisis facing our country today; the need for governmental accountability.

Your assistance is needed in this important matter, and NAB investors wish to express sincere thanks for your considerations www.officialftccoverup.com.
