WOBURN, MA -- Trinity Building and Construction Management has beat the odds by completing the Shrine Asian Kitchen, Lounge and Night Club at the new MGM Grand at Foxwoods in Ledyard, CT. The project was substantially completed in time for the grand opening on May 17th.
In just over 12 weeks, Trinity was able to transform 20,000 SF of dirt floors, steel beams and concrete walls into a world class night club and restaurant featuring two kitchens and three bars. The space boasts one of the country's top lighting and sound system as well as many high-end finishes, including exotic stone bar tops, columns wrapped in gold leaf and a two story pagoda. There are two outdoor patios, four large bathrooms, two private dining rooms, office space for venue management, and a large second-level dining room. The Asian-themed space can accommodate 1,200 patrons on two levels.
Shrine was designed by Niemitz Design Group and Beacon Architectural Associates, and is owned by Big Night Venues. A/E/C Solutions acted as the Owner's Representative for both the design and construction phases.
