FEASTERVILLE, PA -- The Office of Long Term Living at the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare issued its first Assisted Living Residence License on April 21, 2011 to The Arbors at Buck Run, a premier assisted living and memory care community located in Feasterville, Pennsylvania. The Arbors is the first facility in the state to receive the license under new regulations that became effective in January 2011.
"We are excited to open our doors and provide an outstanding assisted living community offering highquality care," said Ken Assiran, Managing Principal of Capital Health Group, LLC, the owner of the project.
Orens Brothers, Morningside Management, LLC and PRP II, which is a fund managed by PRP, LLC, are also owners.
The completion of the assisted living facility at the Arbors follows six months of extensive renovations by Orens Brothers, the development's general contractor. A second building on the Arbors campus will house a state of the art memory care facility, which is scheduled to open in early 2012. Upon its completion, the Arbors will offer 85 units and 125 beds. Mark Miller of Mark Miller Consulting is coordinating licensing efforts for the buildings.
Morningside Management, LLC is managing and operating the project.
