Dog Days Calendar Benefits Homeless Pets

EVANSTON, IL -- Time is running short for potential sponsors of the 2008 Dog Days calendar.  This Sutton Studios' publication features beautiful black and white photographic portraits of Chicagoland pets and the people who love them.  Last year, the Studios distributed 10,000 calendars to over 25 animal welfare organizations free of charge.  The shelters sell them and keep 100% of the proceeds to fund much needed adoption, spay/neuter and healthcare programs for abused and neglected pets.  Sutton Studios relies on sponsors to help cover the costs of the project, and this year, they're trying a new approach.

"Sponsors' names, URLs and brief messages will appear on the actual calendar pages of their chosen months," says David Sutton, proprietor of Sutton Studios and the photographer responsible for the images.  "This way, a sponsor's message has maximum exposure.   The cost of sponsorship is just $650 for one month - and there are only 12 months available.  We expect them to be snatched up quickly."

The calendar goes to press in July in order to ensure timely distribution.  Potential sponsors should contact Sutton Studios by July 13 to be a part of the 2008 calendar.  Interested individuals or businesses may contact Stacey Lind, Studio Manager to become a sponsor.
