INDIANOLA, IOWA -- At It is hard to believe they can bring back the same tax vote in less than a year that was defeated soundly at 85% NO to 15% YES in record voter turnout but that is just what they are doing.  Many folks are concerned that central Iowa local governments are running their budgets at 150% or even higher is speculation that growth will pay off this gamble.

NoLocalOption.com would like to stop this speculation.  Like speculation on Gas future prices, this is a process that clearly hurts all Iowans.  Many Iowans believe now is the time to shut down local government waste and regain control of the run away local government spending machines.  With the recession and now the floods many Iowans are concerned about the recent excessive spending by all levels of our government.

NoLocalOption.com is hoping to get Warren County residents involved in fighting these new higher tax proposals by sponsoring "No New Tax" sign rallies in Warren County this week at the following locations across Warren County:
