Europe's Largest Cheerleading Event Keeps Growing

The British & International Championships moves to Telford to accomodate continued gowth. An ideal venue with the capacity and facilities to further develop the championships, using three halls. Just off junction 4 on the M54, there is ample car parking. Teams are staying at 14 local hotels, booked through a central booking number. Nothing else this side of the Atlantic remotely approaches the scale and support of this unique championships, with daily attendance topping 4,600 last year. Exciting non stop action all day, cheerleading is a rapidly rising indoor spectator sport. Even BCA Regional events have attendances of more than 3,000. The panel of Judges will include leading representative from the top US cheerleading organisations: Ryan Arrington - C.O.A, Jen Simonsen - Cheer Ltd, Liz Rossetti - Americheer, Braxton Kinser - CTC/American Championships, Megan Matheney - Americheer, Shelly Smith - Cheer Ltd, Anne Gorman - NCSSE, and Denise Buzzinoti. Winning teams will receive Bids to compete at major championships in America. Our aim is to make performers feel like Stars in front of the most appreciative audience you could ever wish for, with as many as possible going home with an award to be proud of. The British Cheerleading Association is a registered non profit organisation, founded in 1984, with almost 400 member clubs comprising more than fourteen thousand participants. Cheerleading is a competitive athletic discipline with at least 43 nations involved.
