I Live Inspired Offers Daily Inspirational Boost

May 14, 2007
"Initially created to deliver 12 Step Recovery messages to recovering addicts, the idea grew to include several other audiences. "

ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA -- The partners behind www.ILiveInspired.com announced today that their inspirational messaging system is now online and available for subscribers.

The service, created by Robert Foster and Chris Deutsch, will send subscribers daily inspiration directly to their cell phones via text message. Messages vary, as different "channels" have been created to cater to different audiences. Each channel’s content is created specifically for the subscribers by a published author with personal experience relative to their particular channel, which differentiates www.ILiveInspired.com from other text messaging services.

Initially created to deliver 12 Step Recovery messages to recovering addicts, the idea grew to include several other audiences. The first author signed on to provide content for the service was Francine Ward, a drug abusing, homeless prostitute turned Georgetown educated lawyer, author and motivational speaker.

Ward is behind www.ILiveInspired.com's Esteemable Acts channel, with inspirational messages taken from her book Esteemable Acts, 10 Actions for Building Real Self-Esteem. Additional authors have signed on to create content for the Daily Hope for Healing channel built for cancer patients; a Financial Freedom channel; an Inspired Parenting channel, Inspirational Coaching for Women in Business channel, Quarter-Life Crisis channel targeting post-college grads and a Spiritual Inspiration channel.

The service’s creators intend to continue to add channels for different populations as their subscriber base grows.  Any author wishing to create a channel may do so by contacting the founders.

ABOUT I LIVE INSPIRED
I Live Inspired is rooted in a simple gesture made to its founder, Rob Foster. After years of abusing drugs and alcohol, Foster entered a rehabilitation facility and set out on the process of recovery. Upon graduation, a friend from rehab began to send him a text message every day in support of his effort to stay sober. This text message became an important part of his day often helping Foster to continue through the day resisting temptation.

The idea to create a service that sent inspirational messages of all kinds was born and business partners Rob Foster and Chris Deutsch worked tirelessly to make it happen through www.ILiveInspired.com. Both attended Gonzaga College H.S. and live in the DC metro area. Rob Foster grew up in Silver Spring, MD and is a Villanova University graduate. Chris Deutsch grew up in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.
