SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- UnitedLayer has recently acquired in an all stock transaction, the boutique IP transit company called Bungi Communications, Inc. Bungi was founded in 2004 by Dave Rand, a founder of Abovenet Communications.
Bungi communications, Inc. has been providing IP transit services to a variety of companies and the transition to UnitedLayer's network shall be seamless to the customers.
