What? www.complaintcopy.com provides you with the facility to record all telephone conversations with any customer service or complaints departments. Then, if you feel unhappy with the result of the conversation, or the general treatment you received as a customer, you can listen again to the telephone conversation at any time. You then have 100% certainty of what was promised or said on that telephone call giving you the upper hand when following up your complaint. Also, using your imagination, you can probably come up with a number of other good uses for the Complaint Copy functionality. How? Complaint Copy couldn't be any more simple to use by following these steps: 1. Visit www.complaintcopy.com and register for FREE with your email address to receive your unique pin number. 2. To record your first call, simply dial the access number given on the website or on your Complaint Copy membership card. 3. Enter your unique pin number when asked and dial the phone number of the person or organisation you wish to call. 4. After the call has taken place and you hang up the phone, log into the www.complaintcopy.com and the call recording will be waiting for you. It really is that simple! During beta testing we received the following comments from users of the service. Dave from Skegness, Lincs - I found the Complaint Copy service extremely helpful when speaking with my bank. I had called to complain about some charges made on my account and the lady I was speaking to assured me it had been an error on their part and all money would be refunded to my account.
